My Heart Pieces (DT): Wedding/ Anniversary Challenge

Hi :)

This month we have a Wedding/ Anniversary Challenge for you, and I played around with a image called "Young Love".

I made a pretty simple card, the most timeconsuming bit is the punching and the cutting of DP. The card folding is called Napkin, and its really not that difficult at all :) Hope yo want to give it a try :)

I made a belt, and attatched the image to it. Seambinding ribbon makes sure that you can tie it nicely together.

Inside it looks like this before adding the paper with the personal greeting :)

The tutorial for this card you can find HERE (in Norwegian and English).

Hope you join in, and have great fun making a wedding/anniversary card :)

And the party continue! (TTPH 1 year); Giftbag

There are still time to enter the ongoing sketch challenge over at The Outlawz

And with us as sponsor we have The East Wind

This time I played with "Starstruk", my requested image from our sponsor. She is a true beauty!

The background DP is from K& Company, while the DP used for the star is from Bildmålarna (I think... I just had enough left to diecut the star). The frame-thingy behind the star is photoframes purcased in a low-price store. I thought it would add a lovely twist to the sketch.

Promarkers used:

I got the following image to color up :)

I think I missed the midnight sun very very much when I colored this one, or at least when I picked the colors ;)

I used my trusted Pro- and Flexmarkers;
Rosewood (F), Firebrick (F), Burnt Orange, Orange, Mango, Peach, Soft Peach.
After coloring, I ran it through the printer to get the sentiment on it. I layered my colored image on Natural Bazzill, and used a peachcolored Bazzill as cardbase.

So, are you up for a monochrome challenge?
Head on over to the challengeblog and join in :)
